UPDATE 10.10 AM EMILIA, THE LEVEL OF WATER COURSES GROWS. Heavy rains continue to affect the central-west of Emilia with precipitation accumulations that in the Parma area have exceeded 120mm in the Apennine area. HEAVY SHOWERS IN CENTRAL-WEST EMILIA. Central-western Emilia is not spared from the effects of the disturbance with rains and showers from the Piacenza area to the Modena area and precipitation accumulations of 40/50 mm in the Parma area, which become much higher in the Apennine valleys, up to 90 mm and more towards the border with Liguria and Tuscany.
