Almost seven years after its entry into force, Legislative Decree 50/2016 gives way to the new Public Contracts Code, whose approval, highly desired by the professional world, has nevertheless matured under the pressure of certain specific reform objectives of the discipline. required above all by the so-called Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
On the topic GREEN RESEARCH CENTER IN GEOGRAPHY, NATURAL RESOURCES, ENERGY, ENVIRONMENT AND NETWORKS | DEPARTMENT OF LEGAL STUDIES ANGELO SRAF FA organized the conference “The new code of public contracts from the perspective of smart cities” Monday, May 29, 2023, 10 a.m., room AS01, via Rontgen 1, Milan, face-to-face and streaming, open to the public and free but with mandatory registration (information: Osservatorio.smartcity@unibocconi.it).
The new Code (legislative decree 36/2023) it has systematically reorganized the matter, extending, in particular, digitization to the entire life cycle of the contract and giving centrality to numerous general principles. The objective of this workshop is to offer a quick but careful look at the new discipline from a theoretical point of view but above all a practical-operational one, with special attention to the aspects of greatest interest for the development of the smart city, such as simplification, digitization, public-private collaboration and contracting in the cultural sector.
Thanks to the intervention of renowned academics and professionals from the sector on the one hand, and public institutions and companies on the other, theSmart Cities Observatory It intends, once again, to give life to a highly topical debate, offering a profitable moment of training aimed at delivering visions, opportunities and reliable interpretations of the new discipline to everyone who is interested in it.
