“In light of the numbers that characterize our region – added Ferdinando Pedone and Luca Ebreo, respectively president and member of the board of directors of Western Sicily Federmanager – it is absolutely urgent to adopt prevention tools that reduce the risk of criminal infiltration and corruption. with a comprehensive, systemic and interdisciplinary approach Bearing this in mind, it is necessary to train and make use of compliance managers in the company, capable of organizing the set of principles, rules and procedures that concern the management and governance of a company with an integral ecology approach, that is, continuous improvement of economic, innovative, environmental, ethical and social performance”.
