“Sometimes violence takes place inside the walls of the house, that place that should be the safest place par excellence for everyone. Sometimes it happens even near us, to our friendsbut we are so far removed from the subject that we believe in a temporary anger – he says luca de giorgioi, President of the Vita Onlus Association of Milan, co-creator of the event together with ennio giganti, organizer and promoter of the same together with the MarcoSacchi Association of Palermo -. The objective of the meeting on Saturday May 27 is to create a network between associations, collaborate with institutions, sensitize citizens. We must make it clear that the victims may be close to us. We must learn to recognize signs and messages even non-verbal. But, above all, make those who are victims understand that they are not alone; that there are organizations and associations willing to lend a hand, that understand without judging. Hope and conscience are the key words of the evening”.
The proceeds from the evening were donated to two associations.
“The event will not only be a moment of discussion and ‘words’, but also a concrete gesture in favor of the City. must do! – declares rosalba muratori, President of the MarcoSacchi Association of Palermo. – The product of the solidarity contribution at the entrance, in fact, it will be donated entirely to two Associations present in Palermo: life and life AND The waves Onlus. The contribution will be used to financially support the activities of these two associations that have been active in the area for some time.
