to support growth entrepreneurial vocation based on innovation As of this year, the Award is renewed, becoming for all intents and purposes a path improvement, acceleration and empowerment of female entrepreneurship, together with excellent partners, media and investors, and also creating a traveling show of training and business networking events that will take place in the cities of Rome, Milan and Turin.
WHO IS THE PRIZE FOR?
The prize is destined women entrepreneurs (founders, co-founders, either active members with management functions) who have distinguished themselves by have innovated with products/services, processes or organizational models within your company, with at least a budget behind.

In addition to the numerous benefits made available by project partners, the finalist entrepreneurs – select from one Jury[1] of experts, chaired by venture capitalist Gianluca Dettori, will be the protagonists of a mini-documentary and will have the opportunity to tell their innovation story from the stage of the Italian Technology Week, in person and via live broadcast.
The following recognitions will also be awarded as part of the 2023 Award:
* He Woman Startup Award promoted by the Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center for the most innovative startup that must have completed at least one seed round. The adoption of circular economy and/or ASG principles will be a plus in the final evaluation.
* He WE Award for Sustainability powered by Cottino Social Impact Campusrecognition to the entrepreneur who, thanks to the aim and the impact strategy of your company, you are facing the environmental, social or cultural transition with sustainable objectives, also through the use of new digital and innovation paradigms.
* He Giuliana Bertin Communication AwardRecognition from Valentina Comunicación to the entrepreneur who has excelled in the field of on and offline communication.
All applications that will enter the “fab50 list” will have a dedicated space on the GammaDonna platform which, since 2004, tells and disseminates stories of innovation, leadership and vision. They will also be invited to participate in the exclusive business correspondence event with the awards partners and juries, which will take place the night of the final.
