The 61-year-old man was thrown several meters before falling to the ground. According to his family, the victim was returning to his house after some errands. The driver was also taken to the emergency room of the Sant’Eugenio hospital and suffered minor injuries and was subjected to alcohol and drug tests. In the next few hours he will be heard at the EUR Municipality offices: he runs the risk of being seriously charged with vehicular manslaughter.
