Then, however, on September 7, the Viminale retraced its steps and issued another circular, in which it corrected the one issued two months earlier and underlined how the 70 kilowatts they apply only to endothermic motors.
In short, an unclear review that confused everyone a bit. Now, however (and barring further doubt), we know the truth: Those who have less than a year on the license can drive electric cars and plug-in hybrids with a single limit: 65 kW/t. No 70 kW threshold, which means more cars for everyone.
