The disposition, requested by the Public Prosecutor of Bologna and issued by the Preliminary Investigation Judge, has its origin in the presentation of a lawsuit filed by a 42-year-old woman, originally from Ukraine, single, working, with no criminal record, who the Last March, after years of ill-treatment, she insisted on denouncing her partner. The central episode that led the 42-year-old woman to file a complaint was the confession of her underage daughter, from a previous relationship, who told her mother that she had been punched in the head by the 50-year-old man. years. The physical and mental violence suffered by the 42-year-old woman while she lived with the man has the aggravating circumstance of having been committed in the presence of her minor daughters and during her pregnancy. In particular, the woman denounced that, after meeting the man in mid-2016, she had started, along with her underage daughter, living with the man in her fifties, also attracted by her requests to start a family. . The first episodes of violence date from 2017 when the woman, during her pregnancy, was denigrated for her weight gain and insulted with offensive phrases. The man, with his behavior, had created an oppressive and heavy climate within the family nucleus, so much so that it was difficult to continue life together. In one circumstance, the man, in addition to insulting her with offensive phrases, pushed her violently, so much so that she fell to the ground and hit her right side. In that circumstance, she was taken to the emergency room to undergo a gynecological examination. On that occasion, the man threatened to kick her out of the house if she revealed to the doctors the truth about her injuries. Another episode dates back to September 2017, when, after the birth of her daughter, in one circumstance, she climbed on her belly with her feet, which caused her to bleed profusely. The episodes continued even in 2020, during the pandemic period, when the man accused her of her, telling her that she had transmitted the Covid-19 virus to him. Finally, the one that took place last May when he, after another fight, pushed her and kicked her, so much so that her right wrist was injured, while the woman tried to defend herself from the attack. Summoned by the Carabinieri to the barracks, the man was subjected to the precautionary measure ordered by the Judge.
